Welcome to the Caribbean Regional Response Team (CRRT) Home Page. CRRT is responsible for preparedness activities including planning, training, and exercising to ensure an effective response to releases of hazardous substances and oil spills. EPA and the United States Coast Guard co-chair CRRT. During a response, we provide assistance as requested by the On-Scene Coordinator.
